“The Sovetsky Soyuz-class
battleships (Project 23, Russian: Советский Союз, "Soviet Union"), also
known as "Stalin's Republics", were a class of battleships begun by the Soviet
Union in the late 1930s
but never brought into service.”
So, the Sovetsky Soyuz was never
actually used but only the keel and hull were laid down before they stopped
building it.
As for the other three ships
well, they were scrapped a few days later (at least I think it happened a few
days later).

They designed the battleships
in response to the existing and planned battleships of the German navy.
And German scout planes (at
least two of them) had actually taken pictures of the Sovetsky Soyuz in the Baltic
shipyard and it showed that only the hull was completed and there was
another unknown ship in the picture, my guess is the ship was one of the four
remaining ships before they were scrapped.
Ok so let’s say that the four
ships including the Sovetsky Soyuz was completed then when it met the enemies they
would have big fights with other ships and it will absolutely give the enemy
ships a beating with those big heavy guns firing and reloading and I think the
sound of those guns will be ultra-loud.
But there was one thing, those
battleships were really wide and long which means that they will be an easier
target for aircrafts with bombs and torpedoes.
But it does have thick armor
with the waterline belt being 7.1 to 16.5 inches thick so its really
hard to say what would have happened.
and its also really fast 28-30
knots and you know that’s like the speed of USS Missouri.
